Akita, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Bully, Belgian Malinois, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Mastiff, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Presa Canario (Canary Dog), Rottweiler, St. Bernard, Alaskan Malamute, Siberian Husky, any Wolf-dog breed, or any mix, variation, descendent or product of one or more of the foregoing breeds. Exotic animals, reptiles, Amphibians, Rodents, Snakes, Lizards, Sugar Gliders, Flying Squirrels, Chinchillas, or Ferrets are not permitted.

Notwithstanding anything contained herein, this Apartment Community reserves the right to disapprove or prohibit, in its sole discretion, any pet(s). Pets acquired after move-in must be reported to the Apartment Community and all required documents and fees must be paid prior to the pet entering the unit.
